Cancellation & Refund Policy

Understand our terms for cancellations and refunds.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through Kiosco Travels, including travel packages, hotels, transport, and related services.

1Cancellation Requests

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official WhatsApp number.
  • The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered the cancellation date.

2Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellation charges are determined by airlines, hotels, transport providers, and service partners.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
  • No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.

3Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are subject to supplier approval and applicable deductions.
  • Service charges, convenience fees, and bank charges are non-refundable.

4Refund Processing Time

  • Eligible refunds will be processed only after the refund is received from the supplier.
  • The refund process may take 7–21 working days.

5Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Changes to confirmed bookings may attract additional charges.
  • Fare difference and supplier penalties must be borne by the guest.
  • Availability is not guaranteed for amended bookings.

6Force Majeure

  • Kiosco Travels shall not be liable for cancellations or changes due to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond control.
  • In such cases, refunds will be subject to supplier policies.

7Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment wherever possible.

8Policy Amendments

  • Kiosco Travels reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

By confirming a booking with Kiosco Travels, the guest acknowledges and accepts this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
